I have joined OmTheWay Yoga and Meditation center a month ago and I am seeing significant positive difference in my body. I have joined Online classes and Swati Mam gives personal attention to everyone. She is a very good trainer and she listens to our concerns and understand our purpose of joining yoga and teaches all kind of asanas which benefits our concerns. Her Meditation classes are very effective. I am glad that I have joined OmTheWay Yoga and Meditation center.

Swati is professional yoga instructor , I am attending her sessions from past 2 months and I am getting positive changes with my body and my thoughts. I have done yoga before from other instructors but swati’s approach is way better ,her perfect combo of yoga with prayanam and meditation is a complete package and it heals body and mind . Swati is such an amazing, dedicated and professional yoga instructor. Her tailored yoga practice is a great mix of strength, flow, deep breathing, and relaxation. I had never done yoga before and she has helped me progress so quickly. I joined for flexibility and was able to notice and lot of change in my body in very short period. She works with all levels. I highly recommend her! She is just the best!!

I was very thoughtful about starting yoga due to various reasons. Then I came across OmTheWay Yoga Meditation center. With Swathi Ma’am guidance I am able to do and motivates me to go for the class everyday. She very well explains and help in each step. Everyday she checks on you about before and after the session how you are feeling,sleep etc. I highly recommend this place for yoga. Without any second thoughts u can join.

“I was in a car accident in May. From May to June I had physio, acupuncture, Chiro, massage, and tens therapy. After 2 months; still experienced pain in my shoulder and back. Came to see Swati and did one session of restorative yoga and the constant nagging pain in my shoulder disappeared! I know Swati is an amazing restorative yoga instructor but this was like magic! Three sessions I am feeling more like my pre-accident self; physically and emotionally. I believe restorative has done more for me than all the other therapies combined!
